Real Estate is Local! Every market is different even within the state. We understand that Zillow, Trulia, the media and other such entities are available …however local markets are specialized. Who are you going to look to for guidance, a national computer geek or someone that works, lives and takes time to KNOW the Valley?? The Mat-Su Valley real estate market is even extremely different from the Anchorage/Eagle River market. We live, work, and play in the Valley which makes us your best choice. We are your Resident Experts!
